Animals living in the great outdoors during the cold season have a hard time. Due to the transformed landscape, monocultures in woods and fields and lack of hedges, many animals find hardly any food or protection from the cold. This report demonstrates how people can help the animals during this time of need.
The caregivers of the wild animals at the International Gabriele Foundation come up with many practical measures that benefit the animals.
Their orientation thereby is the Golden Rule from the Sermon on the Mount of Jesus of Nazareth: “Do to others as you would have them do to you!”
