Is there a life after death?
No one will be able to prove an affirmative or denying answer to this question. But if there were only one life on earth, many things would be illogical and inexplicable.
Many things would seem unjust or coincidental. For all prophets and many great spirits, it was and is therefore a matter of course that human beings go through several earthly lives.
What happens after death?
People who have near-death experiences report experiences that are often similar. However, their experiences cannot provide a comprehensive answer to the question: “What happens after death?”

Gabriele explains in her books that the human soul is the same on both sides. It takes all its light and shadowed aspects with it into the afterlife. There it is attracted to areas that correspond to it. It is also described how the soul can develop further in the worlds beyond until it possibly sets off for another incarnation.
What does it mean to die?
Gabriele also explains what it means to die, helping readers to understand how important it is to make good use of their days on earth.
Gabriele says that life on earth is a time of schooling and learning. If the human soul does not achieve its learning goal, it will be faced with the same tasks in further earthly lives.
What the soul has to face is of its own making − it is not God who punishes the human being. And what it takes with it into a new incarnation does not come from God either.
Nor does the suffering it may experience in the human body.
Is there reincarnation?
The teachings of reincarnation are closely linked to the “law of sowing and reaping”, which also includes justice: “What a man sows, that shall he reap.”
This realization could become a decisive key to understanding one's own life path or destiny and to being able to change many things for the better.
The first early Christians were familiar with the law of “sowing and reaping”. This in turn presupposes that there was already a “life” before this earthly life and also a “continued life”, in other words a life after death or after this earthly life.
As in this world, so in the afterlife
Life in this world as in the afterlife consists of communication. A person's consciousness determines what he perceives as reality.
If the divine, which permeates this world, is a reality for him, he will also gradually change his communication with everything that surrounds him.

The realization that we are beings of the universe then increasingly shapes our actions during our life on earth.
This refinement of our being then determines the areas in which we develop further in the afterlife.
If, on the other hand, we are only bound to matter, the soul experiences after life on earth that it has not lived or has only lived in a dreamlike way, or even that it has been lived by other forces.
What is the purpose of our life on earth?
After an illness or a stroke of fate, people often begin to ask about the meaning of life. Some look for answers in religion, which in turn speaks of faith − not knowledge.
Science, on the other hand, provides answers that explore many things − but are ultimately related to matter.
At some point, the seeker comes to the realization that there must be higher laws that move and sustain everything.
He begins to explore himself and changes his behavior more and more. For he senses that we are here to recognize ourselves and to develop ourselves again towards love of God and neighbor.
This is the prerequisite for us to be able to return to our eternal home. Matter is only an earthly school, so to speak.
